If you provide sport or physical activity to the people of Calderdale then you’re already a part of Active Calderdale, thank you!
Physical activity sessions, netball, football or rugby teams, cricket clubs, running groups, yoga classes, and everything in between, are great ways for the people of Calderdale to meet and move, to improve their physical and mental health, and reduce social isolation.
We are here to support all providers, large or small, at whatever point in your journey you are at. You could be just starting out, or looking to expand into new areas, so long as you’re getting the people of Calderdale to meet and move, and particularly those who are less active, we want to work with you.
What we’re trying to achieve
- Opportunities to take part in physical activity are accessible, diverse, and inclusive
- Physical activity providers are motivated, confident, and able to provide a diverse offer in line with community demand
